1 year old German Shepherd cross

This sweet boy is looking for a new home with a nice fenced yard.
His name is Bootsy
He is a German Shepherd/Labrador
He just turned 1yr old
Neutered
Great with kids and people in general
Unfortunately he does not stay in the yard even with our in ground fence and static collar
He can't be trusted with cats

He is a great pup but he has been upsetting the neighbors in our subdivision when he leaves our yard and goes into theirs.
