Three sets - one men's size and two slightly smaller sets for ladies or children sizes. Good quality 25 DB's rating ( for outdoor shooting in my opinion ) just like Hickok 45 wears. Each one comes with an extra set of plugs. These are extras left over from when my grandchildren were learning to shoot .22s at the farm, ( bought them by the box for 4 shooters per session ), but they now shoot magnum pistols and rifles , and often in doors during the winter.
