Made during the first line of production of the 1964 Southern Jumbo series, with the exception of strings everything on this guitar is as it was out of the shop.
Complete with hard shell case, Brazillan rosewood fretboard, mahogany body, and abalone inlays this was a guitar crafted with pride. There is no defect that effects the playability of this instrument, the action is good, the tone is rich and the guitar is a relic to behold, I hope this piece makes it to the right home. There are a few notable issues with the guitar that is standard with the age of the instrument. Last two pictures show the frets are worn from play and the fret board had a wavy affect in the wood. Normal wear from this guitar being played over its life. The bridge has a little bit of lift but is stable, as mentioned before the guitar is still a great player with good action on the strings.
